Meet the Team

Executive Team

Shae Vaughan

Shae Vaughan – Managing Member/Owner/CFO

Andrew Hunt

Andrew Hunt - Executive Vice President/COO Mr. Hunt currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Crossroads Utility Services, LLC and has been employed with the company in management roles since 2010.  He has over fifteen years of experience managing water, wastewater and drainage systems, oversight of utility district general management services and regulatory compliance activities. In addition, he has prior experience in the environmental consulting industry and with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s Enforcement Division.

James Wills

James Wills – Vice President of Operations James is currently employed as Vice President of Operations. He has over forty (40) years of experience managing water and wastewater systems in the Austin area. Before coming to CUS, James was the Public Works Director for the City of Pflugerville. He currently has an A water and an A wastewater license and also has his CWP. James is also a state approved instructor in all water utility courses. James takes great pride in helping develop the leaders of tomorrow in the Utility industry and feels the employees whose lives he has touched are his greatest accomplishment.

Paul Hernandez

Paul Hernandez – Vice President of Maintenance Paul M Hernandez was named Vice President of Maintenance at Crossroads Utility Services LLC in August 2024, where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the utility maintenance department. Prior to joining Crossroads Utility Services, Paul was the Utility Superintendent for the City of Round Rock Utilities & Environmental Services for 21 years. He has acquired his Associates Degree from Austin Community College and is currently on track to graduate from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science. Paul also has acquired his Certified Water Professional Certificate and currently holds a Water Distribution “B” and a Wastewater Collection III license. He has also sat on the board with Underground Construction Technology Association (UCTA) and the Skills Trade Academy.   Paul’s purpose and passion lies within his family, he has been married for 18yrs and has two sons and two daughters. His wife and he are very family oriented and he spends most of his extra time keeping his children involved in school and sports.
